James Graduated from Sydney University in 2004 and started his career in mixed practice in Northern NSW before working in the UK for 3 years, where he managed an Emergency Centre in South-East London. In 2010 James returned to Sydney and worked in a busy small animal practice before buying in to a mixed animal practice on the NSW South Coast in Berry. During this time the business expanded to three sites, and James and the clinics were the focus of 2 seasons of an observational documentary series “Village Vets Australia”. James also co-authored two books detailing his experiences as a veterinary surgeon. In 2018 James returned to Sydney to take up a position as the NSW ECC manager for ARH and is now the National Operations Manager for Specialty and Emergency Centres for Greencross, working with our sites in NSW, ACT and Victoria. James is married with 2 children, a dog, a cat and a horse, and is passionate about supporting the people in the network to build successful business and a supportive culture.
