Leah Wright

BVSc MANZCVS CertVA DipECVAA

Dr Leah Wright graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009 and then spent 3.5 years working in general practice in the Northern Territory and country Victoria. She then undertook a rotating internship at the University of Sydney and achieved membership of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Small Animal Medicine in the same year. Leah then spent a year volunteering on a trap-neuter-release program in Malaysian Borneo before returning to Australia and taking up a position at the Animal Emergency Centre in Hallam. She undertook a residency in Emergency and Critical Care between 2017 and 2020, and is now the ECC registrar at Veterinary Referral Hospital in Dandenong.
