Ben has well over 20 years experience in administration and people management, majority in a Human Health setting, including the coordination of Doctors and Dentists in a major regional health service, Bendigo Victoria.

Moving into Animal Health just over over 2 years ago with Greencross, firstly with AEC as Business Manager, then 16 months as a Area Manager Gold Coast, and now is the Rostering and Scheduling Lead.

Ben has 8 years experience in the Kronos system, practical background with developing rosters for complex Award conditions, while covering multiple departments, 24/7, 365 days a year - as well as incorporating safe working guidelines and achieving business objectives.

Ben made the move from Regional Victoria, to a small island in Moreton Bay in sunny Queensland during the Covid Pandemic (early 2021). He now lives on Coochiemudlo Island with his Wife Erin and two fur babies, 8 year old's Monty (mini Dachshund) and Sweetie (Manchester Terrier)
